1. General
These Terms of Service govern purchases made through the ReichArt Gallery online store.

2. Artworks and product information
ReichArt Gallery offers original artworks, vintage and antique items, and other collectible objects.
Many items offered through the store are unique and available in a quantity of one.
We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph each item accurately, including its dimensions, materials and condition. Vintage and antique artworks may show signs of age, wear, creasing, discoloration, restoration or other characteristics consistent with their age and history. Such characteristics will be described and/or shown in the photographs where reasonably possible.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s display and lighting conditions.
3. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency selected or displayed for the customer’s market.
Any applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout before the order is placed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Orders and payment
Orders may be paid using the payment methods offered at checkout.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
If an item becomes unavailable due to an inventory error or other exceptional circumstance, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
We primarily use FedEx, UPS and DPD. Other postal or courier services may be used depending on the destination, dimensions of the shipment and available services.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers who are entitled to the statutory EU right of withdrawal may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Customers exercising this right must inform ReichArt Gallery of their decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by ReichArt Gallery, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returned artworks must be packed carefully and returned in a manner appropriate to their nature and value. The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and condition of the item.

7. Damaged or incorrect orders
If an artwork arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@reichartgallery.com.
Please retain the artwork and all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging and any visible damage so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier where necessary.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
8. Authenticity and descriptions
Descriptions, artist attributions, dates, periods, origins and other information are provided based on the information reasonably available to ReichArt Gallery at the time of listing.
Where an attribution, dating or origin is uncertain, this will be expressed accordingly in the product description. References such as “attributed to”, “school of”, “style of”, “manner of” or similar wording should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee of authorship.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, text, graphics, branding and other original website content published by ReichArt Gallery may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Purchase of a physical artwork does not automatically transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the artwork where such rights exist.
10. Privacy
Personal information provided in connection with an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable Hungarian law and applicable European Union law.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory consumer protection rights available under the law applicable to them.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version made available to the customer at the time the order is placed.
